Dr. Klaus von Gierke was admitted to the bar in New York in 1982 and in Germany in 1984. He was a partner in leading law firms for many years before founding the law firm von Gierke Ahrens Trauernicht in 2020.
Klaus advises entrepreneurs and companies in the areas of commercial and corporate law. He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating national and international corporate transactions. Klaus also represents numerous companies, with an emphasis on the agricultural sector, in Germany and abroad. He advises these companies also on asserting and enforcing their intellectual property rights and on competition law.
