Dr. Ettje Trauernicht has been advising entrepreneurs and companies for many years in the areas of intellectual property law, unfair competition law, as well as contract and distribution law. Before founding the law firm von Gierke Ahrens Trauernicht in 2020, she worked at various large law firms.
Another focus of Ettje’s work is the representation of clients in all civil law disputes, both pre-litigation and in proceedings before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals.
Ettje studied in Hamburg and Cape Town. She completed her legal clerkship in Hamburg. She is fluent in English.
