Sophie Ahrens von Bismarck was admitted to the bar in 2004. After spending fifteen years at various major international law firms, she founded the law firm von Gierke Ahrens Trauernicht with her partners in 2020. Sophie advises clients on all matters of contract, distribution, and commercial law, as well as general terms and conditions. She assists with drafting and reviewing contracts. Sophie also represents you and your company in all civil law disputes, both pre-litigation and litigation, before either an ordinary court or an arbitration tribunal.
Sophie studies in Heidelberg and Bonn. She completed her legal clerkship in Hamburg. She is fluent in English and will of course represent you in contract negotiations and disputes in English.
